Position Summary

PWL’s purpose is to help Canadians find and fund good lives. We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator with previous experience in graphic design to support and assist the Brand Experience Team with daily responsibilities as well as large projects. PWL has built a strong brand and online presence through content marketing and thought leadership; our content channels and online communities are followed by hundreds of thousands of people in Canada and around the world. The next phase of our marketing integrates and leverages our digital properties and thought leadership into a comprehensive cross-platform marketing strategy.

This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic Brand Experience Team producing multi-platform, research-driven educational wealth management content in Canada.

Responsibilities & Activities

  • Assist the Brand Experience Team in day-to-day activities and larger projects
  • Design projects within established brand standards for print and digital media
  • Create, edit, and update internal and external visual marketing materials (brochures, letterheads, PPT templates, etc.)
  • Create and track e-mail marketing campaigns
  • Support the development of the firm’s brands
  • Support in managing the firm’s content platforms (YouTube, Libsyn, Social Media channels, etc.)
  • Manage daily marketing requests coming from teams
  • Assist with the implementation of marketing and communications campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong understanding of Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
  • Minimum 1-3 years of marketing, communications, or graphic design experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and perform in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a remote team environment
  • Willingness to learn in a team and individually
