We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support and assist the Brand Experience Team with daily responsibilities as well as large projects. PWL has built a strong brand and online presence through content marketing and thought leadership; our content channels and online communities are followed by hundreds of thousands of people in Canada and around the world. The next phase of our marketing integrates and leverages our digital properties and thought leadership into a comprehensive cross-platform marketing strategy. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic Brand Experience Team producing multi-platform, research-driven educational wealth management content in Canada. Responsibilities & Activities Assist the Brand Experience Team in day-to-day activities and larger projects Create and track e-mail marketing campaigns Translate from English to French, edit, and proofread content for internal and external audiences Craft messages for internal and external audiences in both English and French Keep website content up to date and accurate Support the development of the firm’s brands Support in managing the firm’s content platforms (YouTube, Libsyn, Social Media channels, etc.) Manage daily marketing requests coming from teams Organize and coordinate projects in the Marketing Department planner Assist with the implementation of marketing and communications campaigns. Qualifications & Skills Must be fully bilingual (oral and written) in English and French Experience with translation from English to French is an asset Minimum 1-2 years of marketing and communications experience Undergraduate degree in marketing or communications is an asset Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to prioritize and perform in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment Attention to detail Ability to work in a remote team environment Willingness to learn in a team and individually How to apply?
