Position Summary

This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic marketing team producing multi-platform, research-driven educational wealth management content in Canada. This role will focus primarily on producing, editing, and creating motion graphics for our multimedia content that includes videos, podcasts, blogs. You will need to be proficient in video animation, audio and video editing, as well as motion graphic design and will have a keen eye for details. We are looking for a creative thinker that will allow us to evolve our content. Candidates will have to provide a reel of their best work.


Responsibilities & Activities

  • Edit and assemble raw footage into a final product to meet publishing deadlines
  • Create and insert motion graphics and animations from complex and detailed ideas into videos
  • Video editing including creating clips out of full-length videos
  • Create video content for different social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, etc)
  • Edit and assemble audio files for publishing
  • Provide ways of improving and optimizing the content creation process
  • Learn/improve the process of video editing
  • Respond promptly to team members’ queries
  • Be involved in different phases of production
  • Support the marketing team with posting content online
  • Obtains key inputs from corporate management team and identifies solution interdependencies.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite Tools such as Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects and Audition is required
  • 3 years related experience in producing/editing animated video, social media, and digital content
  • Proficiency in Office 365 is an asset
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to re-evaluate priorities and pivot to different projects quickly
  • Willingness to learn new programs and technologies as they apply to the position
  • A portfolio/reel is mandatory with your application
