Our group requires a marketing assistant for a brand-new role. This is a rare opportunity to grow with an expanding business. Our marketing strategy is based on our mission to change the way Canadians invest. We produce multiple YouTube series, blogs and podcasts that we publish on a continuing basis. We need help in the strategic deployment of this content over multiple platforms. We need to manage and develop an online community. This is role is ideal for a multitasking specialist.         



  • Highly organized with the ability to set priorities, handle multiple tasks and track activities
  • Knowledge of social-media platforms YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts, review and ensure approval of content    
  • A commitment to ethical and professional standards
  • An enthusiastic team player who can work effectively with others both internally and externally
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and French
  • A basic knowledge and interest in personal wealth management and a commitment to continuous learning
  • Takes initiative, self-motivated, and independent


Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate the production schedule of YouTube videos with our content creators
  • Coordinate work with our agency partners  
  • Coordinate the production and approval blog posts
  • Schedule and manage the editorial calendar
  • Review, comment and prepare content for publication
  • Deploy content to various platforms, including YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and others
  • Develop and animate social media platforms through content postings and curation
  • Report on the performance of marketing activities
  • Support existing marketing activities including social media presence, client event planning, and lead management


  • Post-secondary education with specialization in marketing, e-commerce or communications
  • Social media platform expertise
  • 3-4 years of experience
