PWL Capital is seeking a full time Front Office Leader.  This person will be working in the front office and be responsible for creating a positive atmosphere and first impression of PWL.

Front Office

  • Greeting clients is the first priority, creating a positive atmosphere when clients arrive, taking their coats, offer a beverage and managing their client experience to be professional, courteous and friendly 
  • Answering the phone in a courteous and professional manner
  • Take and relaying messages
  • Managing all situations on the phone, helping clients, suppliers and others connect with whom they wish to speak to
  • Manage conference room bookings for all teams 
  • Responsible for all mail, incoming and outgoing 
  • Receive and sort all mail and deliveries
  • Preparing letters and packages for couriers in a timely fashion for the entire office
  • Keep track of and ordering office supplies for all PWL offices
  • Ordering kitchen supplies for Montreal office
  • Ordering coffee and coffee supplies - Montreal office
  • Ensuring coffee machines in good working order
  • Kitchen duties: empty dishwashers and ensuring generally tidiness of kitchens
  • Supporting the corporate team and the advisors in other administrative tasks as they are needed

Finance Department Duties

  • Data entry of invoices 
  • End of month data entry procedures

Compliance and Operations Department Duties

  • Filing of documents
  • Scanning documents


  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • 3 years’ experience
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
  • Knowledge of computers and relevant software application
