Code of Ethics
PWL Capital Inc. and PWL Advisors Inc. (“PWL”) aim to provide the highest quality services to their clients.
In general terms, officers and employees of PWL shall perform the duties of their office or position honestly, in good faith, and in the best interests of PWL and its clients. Employees must exercise the care, diligence and skill that a reasonably prudent person would exercise in comparable circumstances.
In addition to complying with legislations governing brokerage and financial services firms, employees should respect the standards of ethics and conduct pertinent to their individual profession. Employees are reminded that trust is central to our business. Employees are expected to conduct themselves with honesty and integrity. This includes ensuring the accuracy and truthfulness of their words and transactions.
Each year, employees are asked to sign a confirmation of adherence to the Code of Ethics. PWL's President is responsible for compliance with this Code of Ethics and is ultimately responsible to the Board of Directors for PWL's observance of the standards.
