Tax Time is Just around the Corner

When you are organizing all those tax slips to send along to your accountant, don’t forget to include the receipts for your home renov-ation projects. As we covered in the Summer 2009 issue of Perspective, both the federal and Quebec governments introduced financial incentives for home renovation and improve-ment last year. If you are one of the many Canadians who took advantage of this opportunity to get some projects completed, don’t forget to assemble the information you’ll need to claim the tax credit.
