I’m entered in the next 5 Peaks trail running race this coming Saturday, July 26th. The race is being held at Synergy Adventure Training’s headquarters on their private trail network. Synergy is located in Low, Quebec about 50km north of Ottawa. I’ve previously competed in an off-road triathlon and snowshoe race there, and can say that their trail network is great. Fingers crossed that this race is a little less eventful for me vs. the Camp Fortune race I did earlier this year.
